He wonders if he’s asked the right person when he discovers that Bob doesn’t even know how Marvin Gaye died. Alicia puts it all into perspective.

Overview
Jeff notices that his good friend Bob is getting a lot of attention from Veronica yet it seems that Bob isn’t interested at all in Veronica. Jeff is very attracted to Veronica but doesn’t want to violate “The Code”.
He asks Bob about his intentions and finds that Bob is fine with Jeff asking Veronica for a date but the catch is that Veronica, apparently, cannot stomach Jeff. Bob then proceeds to give Jeff advice on his struggles with women.
Jeff begins to question the advice when he finds out that Bob has no idea of how Marvin Gaye died. Eventually, Alicia shows up to put things all into perspective.
