Overview

A tribute to Dr. Seuss and a parody of “The Cat in the Hat Comes Back”, where Nick and Sally are savvy enough to call Bart, from Social Services. Bart then listens to recap of how the cat managed to create pink snow by eating cake in the tub.

Although, the Cat doesn’t think the pink snow is a big deal, Nick and Sally DO think it’s a serious problem and hope Bart can help solve the problem before Mom comes home. As it turns out, Bart is more interested in meeting the mom — especially after he sees her photo.
